The Chalambar Motel has recently become an accredited member of the AAA tourism Eco-Friendly STAR Accreditation. This is a program tailored specifically for the tourism industry and emphasizes a common sense system for reducing our environmental impact.
The standards used were developed by AAA Tourism in partnership with GREEN GLOBE – the internationally recognized performance improvement program for the tourism industry.
